Waypoint Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Waypoint, the Discord bot for Hypixel Bed Wars communities run by Aspect7z ("we", "us"). That includes adding Waypoint to a server, using its commands, buttons and menus, and visiting its website. By using Waypoint you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Waypoint.

Who can use Waypoint

You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13) and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add Waypoint to a server, you must be allowed to manage that server, and you are responsible for how Waypoint is set up and used there.

Using Waypoint fairly

Do not:

• spam commands or buttons, run scripts against Waypoint, or try to slow it down or knock it offline;
• try to get around Waypoint's limits, permissions, cooldowns or the blacklist;
• use bugs to gain Diamonds, items, XP or anything else, or keep using a bug once you know about it (report it in the Waypoint Discord server instead);
• use Waypoint to harass, threaten, impersonate or expose anyone;
• try to reach data that belongs to other people or other servers;
• use Waypoint for anything illegal, or in a way that breaks Discord's, Hypixel's or Mojang's rules.

Diamonds, items and levels

Diamonds, shop items, perks, XP and levels have no real-world value. They cannot be sold, bought with real money, or exchanged for anything outside Waypoint. Each server's staff run their own shop and can change prices, items and balances. We may correct balances or remove anything gained through a bug or abuse.

Stats and cheater tags

Waypoint shows public information from Hypixel, Mojang and other services. It may be out of date or wrong, and those services can stop working at any time. Cheater tags come from the Urchin community, not from Waypoint or Hypixel. They are reports, not proof. Waypoint never acts on them by itself, and nobody should treat them as a Hypixel ban.

Servers and staff

Server staff decide which Waypoint features their server uses and how members are moderated there. We are not responsible for decisions server staff make, including warnings, bans, roles and shop rules.

Blacklist and ending access

We may stop any person or server from using Waypoint, with or without warning, if they break these terms or put Waypoint or its users at risk. Blacklisted people get no answers from Waypoint, and Waypoint leaves blacklisted servers. You can stop using Waypoint at any time by removing it from your server or no longer using its commands.

Availability and changes

Waypoint is free and provided "as is". It may be offline, change, or lose features at any time, and we may change or end Waypoint without notice. We try hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will always work or be free of mistakes.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use Waypoint. That includes lost Diamonds, items, levels, stats, or decisions made from information Waypoint showed.

Not affiliated

Waypoint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Discord, Hypixel, Mojang, Microsoft or Urchin. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang. Hypixel is a trademark of Hypixel Inc.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and post the change in the Waypoint Discord server. Using Waypoint after a change means you accept the new terms.
